FeetyFirst is committed to providing excellent service, including secure and reliable shipping for your orders. We offer multiple shipping options with tracking numbers so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

International Shipping

  • To keep our shipping costs affordable, we primarily use Priority Mail International.
  • Order processing takes 3-7 business days after the order is placed.
  • Delivery typically takes 7-30 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. (Deliveries are not made on Sundays or holidays).
  • If your order includes more than one product, it may be divided into multiple packages (maximum three) to ensure efficient shipping and handling. You will receive separate tracking information for each package. This helps us manage package dimensions and weight for the quickest possible delivery.
  • Due to variations in international customs procedures, FeetyFirst cannot be held responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse.
  • For any tracking issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you did not receive your package, you can file a complaint report with them.
  • For some orders, we may require a signature upon delivery based on the total order value.

How to Track Your Order
